The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

We had a wonderful time with an amazing host. She made us feel very welcome and added a few welcoming touches to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also available to any problems we had. She was flexible with our checkout and gave us some nice treats to take away with us to help us remember our time there.

Our stay on Lake Como was amazing. From the moment we were greeted by Simona until the moment we checked out, we felt at home in this beautiful property. We were able to swim right from the back of the house. Everything inside was perfect and it was a close drive to Varenna and the ferry to Bellagio and Mennagio. What made our stay truly special was the amazing way were treated by Simona. She was so welcoming and offered many great recommendations. She did everything possible to make sure our stay was one of a kind. A beautiful house is great but having a beautiful person like Simona be your host is even better. Thanks again for giving my family a wonderful experience!!!

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

Our stay in Nesso was absolute heaven. The pictures of Hester's home didn't do it justice. It really is a special place and all six of us were absolutely charmed by the warmth of the people and the beauty of Lake Como. We felt so lucky to be steps from the Nesso bridge and we enjoyed swimming and jumping from the bridge every day. It was very easy to take the ferry from Nesso (which is also steps away) to Bellagio. Our host, Dem, works at the bar up the hill and was so kind and responsive to all our questions. We loved having drinks at Dem's and at Bar Las Cascata (up the stairs). Giadi's two market locations are great for grabbing some essentials to make lovely breakfasts and dinners. We experienced la dolce vita at this home and spent our last day happily lounging in the garden, taking a swim and making wonderful meals. We will be back.

The place really is a small paradise and it provides everything you need. The host is very friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay there to its fullest and can only recommend it. The view on the lake is breathtaking and the garden underlines a feeling of harmony as well as mystical atmosphere. The restaurant nearby is also quite recommendable. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

Perfect stay! The house was exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and with attention to detail. Check-in was simple and punctual. The host was kind and helpful for every need, always responding quickly. I absolutely recommend it to those looking for a quiet accommodation!

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Erica was flexible and available for all our needs and requests. He welcomed us in person and guided us through this beautiful, all restored house and an ancient-modern contrast that makes us dream. The house has everything that can be useful both for cooking and for arranging a nice lunch. The rooms are super cozy and spacious: in 11 we were very comfortable. As described, the temperature inside the house is at 18 degrees, but it may seem lower given the dispersion and low outside temperatures in January. The hot water seemed to disappear from the shower for a few seconds/minute, but come back with a close and reopen. ANYWAY, we had a great time! Like at home and in this wonderful space that we definitely recommend for a getaway, a weekend in the mountains and with friends. Thanks Erica!

What an amazing place! It has been an unforgettable experience, the house met all our needs. But the best thing was meeting Sonia and Simone. We felt like being part of the family. Thank you very much!

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

Beautiful and nature-filled haven in Porto Ceresio surmounting Lago Lugano and surrounded by greens and mountains. The house is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and cozy. Our host Marco is friendly, professional, proactive and always willing to help on everything we need. It’s a perfect place for family and friends to make wonderful moments and memories. Highly recommended.

Simona is very good, polite, proactive and beautiful. She helped me a lot with my dog. The villa is beautiful and beautifully furnished and with care in every aspect. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our days in Colico very much. The view of the house is absolutely stunning. The house is modern and well equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils allowing us to prepare some nice family dinners. Communication with the hosts was perfect and we found a number of small welcome gifts upon our arrival. Very nice! The only thing we did not fully understand is why the energy cost are not included in the rental price. As we had to pay the EUR 10 per night in cash, we first had to find an ATM to provide the needed cash.

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I have had, highly highly recommend. The photos do not do the view justice, it is truly amazing. The pool is perfect for families with children. The air BnB has everything you could need, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean modern bathrooms, so specious. We had the most amazing week! Deborah is an incredible host, very detailed guide book, excellent communication, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was super. We didn’t want to leave. It is a 30 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Menaggio. The hill to the top is steep with cars/walking but it is so so worth it for the view. Thank you Deborah, we couldn’t have had a better time.

Everything was great, the accommodation is great and the view and the garden patio with pool was awesome. We would love to come back and wish everyone a great stay as we had.

The house is in a beautiful area with a view on the lake. The pictures don’t even show how big the garden is. The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are air-conditionned. We had a great time here!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
