Posto al terzo piano, gode di una splendida vista sul lago e sul promontorio della Villa del Balbianello. Composto da ingresso, soggiorno, cucina abitabile, camera e bagno, si trova a pochi metri dai locali, alberghi e ristoranti che animano il lungolago di Tremezzo: uno dei punti più suggestivi della Greenway del Lago di Como.

It has two balconies and a terrace, all with lake views, and only a 5 minute walk down steps to a small lakeside beach and a lake front walk.

LaDimora is within walking distance of the beach, the bus stop, several restaurants, a bar, canoe and (speed) boat rental and a supermarket where you can buy fresh bread daily and also order pizza (order one day in advance).
