Coté rue : Séjour lumineux, s. à manger avec coin cuisine équipée. Coté cour-intérieure calme: chambre avec lit double (140) et chambre avec 2 lits simples (90). Petite salle de bain-douche incluant les WC. Large entrée pourvue de gds placards ( L-linge,Sèche-L) Possibilité de ranger les vélos ou motos dans le couloir privé fermé du RDC.

Magnifique gîte situé au milieu de 12 ha de nature, entre prairies et forêt pour se ballader et observer les animaux, endroit calme et reposant. Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain à la ferme et déguster du vin chez nos amis vigneron.

Recharge your batteries in our small house with a tiny house vibe. All basic equipment will be at your disposal. Above the bathroom, you will find a small attic room accessible only by a wide ladder, which is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Numerous activities are accessible around the house; greenway 100 m away, walks, cultural tours, water/equestrian activities, shopping, etc. 40 km from Tours and Le Mans.
