Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

From the cottage, you can visit beautiful riverside villages via the Voie Verte. We are farmer-bakers, and the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, so you can come and pick up your bread.

Relax and recharge in our small home inspired by the tiny house spirit. All the basic amenities will be available for your use. Above the bathroom, you will find a small attic bedroom accessible only via a large ladder, and therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Many activities are available around the house: a greenway just 100 meters away, walks, cultural visits, water and horse riding activities, shopping, etc. Located 40 km from Tours and le Mans.

Beautiful rural cottage. Originally the milking parlour, La Laiterie comfortably sleeps 6 with a large open plan living area downstairs, including fully equipped kitchen and separate wc. Upstairs consists of a master bedroom with ensuite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family shower room. Outside, direct access to the terrace with seating, a shared above ground pool, large shared lawned garden, trampoline, swings and various toys for children.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a nice vacation.

Our cottage is located 5km from the Chartre Sur le Loir; with all the shops. 40km from towers and the castles of the loire. Close to a cradled forest and 40km from the mans . We are located not far from the vineyard of the Jasniere. Living area 67 square meters plus a terrace of 27 square meters square all of full feet. Large plot and private parking quiet.
