Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area, there is a spacious built-in closet. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room in Bad Nauheim during this time....! The 2-room ground floor apartment, 50 square meters, is newly renovated and furnished. The living room with laminate flooring has a large couch that can be converted into a bed for 2 people. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available. In the open living concept, a built-in kitchen is integrated: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker. In the separate bedroom with laminate flooring is a double bed 2 x 90 x 200. The modern daylight bathroom has a spacious shower.

Apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen - overall 50m2. Including WiFi, Netflix TV and use of a washing machine and a dryer possible. With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. Our cozy apartment is located in the beautiful Hungarian district of Inheiden Very centrally located, the highway is only 5 minutes away. From there you can quickly reach Gießen, Friedberg, Frankfurt, Hanau etc. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful lake with 2 beach bars. Great cycling and hiking trails surrounded by meadows, forests and streams. The Vogelsberg is also not too far away. Summer toboggan run, climbing forest, winter sports and much more…

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
