The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Ich vermiete hier eine kleine 3- Raum-Wohnung im eigenen Dreifamilienhaus. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich in einer Gegend mit überwiegenden Kleinsiedlungscharakter am Rande von Zwickau. 10 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich das moderne Sportschwimmbad und gleich daneben die Stadthalle. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Muldenpromenade lädt zum Spazieren ein.
