Communication with Alexandra was always extremely informative and reliable. The check in with her manager Christina was hassle-free, and she gave us many helpful tips. The apartment had a great privacy, a high local Venetian taste, in a historic building with restored wooden ceilings and air conditioning, with fantastic views of the lagoon and the Campanile of San Marco, while at the same time high functionality. The apartment has an excellent quality of stay, very good beds, fantastic living-dining area, with a kitchen with breakfast area, as well as a small balcony with direct view of the lagoon and San Marco. We had one of our most beautiful holidays here in her apartment, which is fantastically suitable to enjoy both the peace and serenity and the comfort of a beach holiday in Lido, while at the same time having the connection to Venice and all the islands of the lagoon. We look forward to coming back soon!

Cristina is a wonderful host. Great assistance with travel arrangements from airport and throughout our stay. Also helpful restaurant recommendations. Lido is a peaceful spot away from the hustle of Venice itself which we found lovely.

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

The accommodation is perfect for combining total peace and relaxation with excursions to Venice. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and the air conditioning in the bedroom works perfectly. I liked Georgio's warm and personal style the best. He is very warm-hearted! Thank you for the interesting and wonderful days! I'm sure we'll be back.

The location near the beach is great, the busier streets near the Vaporetto pier are 10-12 minutes' walk away. The apartment is more functional than luxurious, two rooms plus a room that serves as a kitchen/dining room/living room, but that was totally ok for the price. It was nice that someone greeted us personally.

Great apartment, great location. The double bed is really comfortable, and the shower is lovely.

Daniela was very kind, flexible with the check-in schedule, explained everything to us, gave us a map and left us delicious things for breakfast. The place is even better than what you see in the photos, both the apartment and Lido himself are charming. The place was sparkling and very bright. Eva's apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The location, local facilities and transport connections make it an ideal place for visiting Venice, for shopping and for eating out. The Lido has it's own vibe and cafe culture which makes for a relaxing stay. Communication and arrangements for Lorenzo to meet and welcome us meant our arrival was pleasant and stress free.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Close to everything, but off the beaten path so the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed and more! The washer dryer and bathtub were definitely helpful!! Our only regret was that we had to leave! ❤️

Beautiful accommodation on the Lido, centrally located, we were already here for the second time, felt comfortable and will be happy to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this airbnb on our honeymoon! It was close enough to the train station and all the major sites, but quiet, peaceful and serene. We absolutely loved our little balcony and the massive windows overlooking the canal. All of the amenities were top notch, including lights, sound system, and heating/air control by an ipad. The two showers were like stepping into a spa shower. The kitchen amenities were modern and beautiful and we enjoyed our complimentary prosecco so much! Would absolutely stay here again. The hosts also helped to arrange water transport to the train station so we didn't have to pull our luggage up and down all the bridges. They also gave some great recommendations for food that we took advantage of during our visit.

The house was exactly as described! It had chilly air conditioning, the perfect location and a super responsive host. My film for my film camera got destroyed and the host even went and purchased some for me and had it waiting on the table, when I arrived. I thought that the bed/pillows were fine and we slept great!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.
