Un pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, un coin salon + TV et d'une salle de bain isolée par des cloisons et une porte (+ extracteur d'air ). Connexion wifi+ethernet. Quartier et appartement calmes (fêtes et invités interdits à partir de 22h afin de garantir le calme pour les autres voyageurs) supermarchés à 4min, le centre-ville à 7 min à pieds. Parking payant sur la voirie à compter de 6€ par jour apd 01/10/2026.

Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!
