Holiday houses in Lierna

Where to even start. We had an incredible stay at Anna’s. Anna greeted us upon arrival and was communicative before, during and after our stay. She provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do but even just staying at the house was enough! The house is directly on the lake with a beach that felt mostly private! It was never too crowded with more than a handful of people at a time, most of the time we were the only ones! The house also has a private patio and the most amazing view. There’s nothing like waking up to that view with sounds of the birds and lake - so serene. There is a shop right around the corner that we were able to buy groceries and wine at and great restaurants within walking distance, even with three kids in tow. We absolutely loved everything about Anna’s place and hope to be back!

This was the perfect accommodation for our stay at lake como! The flat was very clean and extremely cute, the view from the balcony is breathtaking! The lake is just a 1 minute walk away, you could reach the centre of Lierna and all the restaurants, shops easily by foot. The beach was a 10 minute walk away. We parked our car on a public parking lot at the train station, what is a 4 minute walk away and an extra 10 € per day, but that was totally fine. Plus the communication with Filippo worked great, he answered questions within a couple of minutes and gave us recommendations about the area (restaurants and what to do). He even brought us an extra fan, as we were 3 people and slept in two different rooms. Would absolutely recommend staying at this place and this cute village. Hopefully we‘ll come back soon! 😍

We stayed in Lierna for just over two weeks and felt very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped, all neighbors very friendly, we almost didn't want to go home. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and that of good quality, namely orderly cooking and dining utensils. The bed is wide and we found the quality very pleasant, that is, of course, a subjective opinion. The apartment is bright and friendly and offers everything you need. The communication with Claudia was always very friendly and fast. We think it's good that the house is on the second row and it is very quiet. From Lierna you can do a lot, the train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, you can get the tickets in the nice cafe "Sisters" We loved staying in this apartment and can 100% recommend it. I recently stayed at the best Airbnb in Europe. The apartment matched the photos perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and perfect bedroom made it feel like a home away from home. The host was amazing, responding to messages almost instantly and always ready to help, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was ideal, with parking and a supermarket around the corner, and just a 20-meter walk to the lake for a morning swim. A 10-minute walk took me to a stony beach at Lake Como, where I could rent a boat to explore the lake. Only 30 meters from the apartment was an excellent restaurant with delicious dinners for around 40 euros while watching the sunset over the water. This Airbnb exceeded my expectations and provided a fantastic holiday experience. The great apartment, awesome host, and perfect location made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful house, stunning location and truly wonderfully accommodating people hosting. If you're looking to avoid the overcrowded tourist version of this stunning area and reconnect with nature, this is the right place for you. Will be back for sure!

Amazing stay at Cinzia’s home. I wish I never had to leave. Her and her family were so helpful and kind. For us, the location was perfect - close to everything and just a short walk into town, but still felt secluded and private, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and nature all around. Cinzia was responsive to any of our questions and helped coordinate a massage for us by the water, and a multi-course dinner service at the home - everything was exceptional.

A lovely stay, apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. Located in a very quiet town with only a 10 min train to Varenna, would recommend this if you want a quiet few days in Lake Como, close to train station and a short walk to the lake front. Thank you for a great stay.
