The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

We were always able to reach out to them with questions and always received a quick reply. We were also very enthusiastic about the delicious farm products. We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

First, there was a personal and nice welcome by the landlords. The "apartment" is, in terms of size, rather an apartment, very new and nicely decorated, cozy. Everything you need is available(especially in the kitchen area), we didn't miss anything. Although the apartment is located directly at the landlord's house, we never saw the landlords. Privacy is therefore guaranteed. However, requests will be responded to immediately. The place is definitely recommended by us. 5/5 stars

A truly beautiful and rustic mountain hut between Kufstein and the Zillertal. Easily accessible by car. You are on your own, but not entirely alone. A fantastic view of the valley and sunshine almost all day long. A huge plus for dog owners: the small but fine lawn plot is completely (fine mesh...) fenced. Pure relaxation for the whole family…. Perfect! Thank you.
