E' indipendente, su due livelli. Al piano terra c'è la cucina, al piano 1° ci sono due camere ed il bagno e sopra una terrazza panoramica. Una camera è con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli e TV. C è un giardino ed un pergolato. Posto auto privato. A 10 minuti d'auto si trova il centro commerciale.
