In Recco, near Camogli, 30 m from the sea, in an elegant historic building with frescoed ceilings and Genoese grit floors, a 100-square-meter apartment is rented, expertly renovated, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen with a spectacular view of the gulf, a garden with a barbecue and a relaxation area, private access to the beach with a deck chair, kayak and SUP, private parking in garages on the third floor without an elevator, with air conditioning in all rooms.

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

Siamo sul Monte di Portofino. Una piccola casa curata, in un posto da favola, raggiungibile solo in battello o a piedi. Godrete del mare sotto casa, il rumore delle onde, una grande terrazza dove prendere il sole e pranzare, un rifugio da vivere per grandi e piccini, lontano dal traffico e dal turismo. Siamo parte di una riserva marina con magnifici fondali, del Parco di Portofino, con suggestive escursioni e piccoli borghi marinari. Rilassatavi con un calice di vino in magnifici tramonti.

Il mare è accessibile a piedi percorrendo un sentiero privato di circa 150 metri che parte dal giardino della casa. La struttura è una villa bifamiliare costituita da due appartamenti con accesso indipendente disposti esclusivamente sul piano terra. Affacciato sulla piazza più bella delle Cinque Terre e con la vista sull'oceano formano grandi finestre. A meno di un minuto di distanza troverete la spiaggia e la pulita e bella baia di Monterosso.
