Loft holiday rentals in Ligurian Sea

Amazing place, best possible location in the old town of Genoa. Historical building, cute apartment, excellent for a couple, small family or 2-3 friends. Great host, super responsive and helpful in every regard. He had so many tips and recommendations for our trip. And the highlight for me was the garden outside the apartment with olive trees and birds singing in the morning. Very charming indeed!

The apartment has a really Italian flair. The public bench outside the front door. The church across the street, and the bar 30 steps away. Everyone greets very friendly. In the middle of it and yet nice and quiet. Loved it. :-)

A very strategic location, a stone's throw from Vernazza station, in a few minutes you are in La Spezia to take the train to the 5 lands and in a few minutes by car you are in the Gulf of Poets. Sarzana with its free beach is also very close.

Absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do justice to how cosy and wonderful the room is. You can hear the river running with the windows open. The bath is amazing. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Nice! The apartment was in the perfect location, just minutes from the beautiful beach and surrounded by so many great restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries where we grabbed fresh pastries every morning. It was ideal for our group of three; comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Maria was a fantastic host and made check-in smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely Vernazza Airbnb. The studio space was perfect for our needs — clean, comfortable, and very well located for both hiking and accessing the train to explore the other villages. After climbing countless steps throughout Cinque Terre, having just 40 steps from the main street to the front door felt like heaven! It was the ideal base for a relaxing and scenic holiday, and we’d happily stay again.

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

Very interesting accommodation to see Livorno: view of the canals, location on the edge of the historic center (easy to reach from outside, easy to move on foot in the city). The apartment is well set up and clean; the bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a very low ceiling, but this helps to have more space in the living area. The long and steep condominium stairs to climb to the third floor, they are not for everyone... Alessandra was quick to respond and very organized with information, in the accommodation there is a nice booklet with all the instructions and some tips for the locals (thank you!). Ultimately, it was a great stay.

Perfect Appartement for holidays in Nice

I had a wonderful stay with my wife. The accommodation offered is incredible with a small private space outside that is very zen. We went swimming, the sea is very close. The place is particularly quiet and neat. We also benefited from a parking space for our vehicle, which is an asset. Thank you Federico for your kindness, your welcome and our exchanges. We rated Paulo and Studio 29 with 5 stars on every category only because we could not give 10 stars!!! Paulo was an excellent host and went above and beyond with everything. He communicated very well, assisted us during check-in, provided a detailed overview of Studio 29, and went the extra mile to meet our needs. The attention to detail with everything within Studio 29 was absolutely spectacular. It is a must-see and we highly recommend staying at Studio 29 and working with Paulo!! We hope to return or visit one of the properties in Rome. Thanks Paulo!!
