Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

La Casetta

Apartment in a spectacular location with exceptional views over the marine protected area of Portofino. Beautifull equipped accomodation recently built. One room with kitchenette, double bed sofa and bathroom. Stunning sea view. The apartment is independent from the main house. However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. Seagull, beach 150mt

Apartment in Monterosso al Mare, Cinque Terre. It was set up for my brother, myself, and our respective families, so it has a pleasant, cheerful, and simple vibe; there are plenty of windows, and it is very airy since it spans three sides of the building. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and paid parking, and 10 minutes from the train station along a route that is easy to travel with wheeled luggage. Great location to experience the sea, nature, and tradition: my family is from Monterosso.

Terrace of the Angels – Cinque Terre

The house is located in Fossola, in the 5 Terre National Park, 5 km away from the village of Riomaggiore and about 8 km from the center of La Spezia. Immersed in the tranquility, in nature and away from the chaos, from the large terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the hamlet of Monesteroli. Perfect for those who love hiking, is located along the path 535 (ex 4b), from which you can reach the town of Monesteroli, Schiara, Campiglia, Portovenere and the 5 Terre.

Lady Bug's Nest, Amazing Views & A/C (Parking)

Welcome to Corniglia, the most typical and characteristic village of the Cinque Terre. We would love to host you in our wonderful apartment with incredible views of Manarola and the sea. We have a new AC unit for Summer 2025!!! This is our personal vacation home, and we are happy to share it whenever available! We are located strategically in a very peaceful area, sheltered from the noise and confusion of the village, yet only a stone's throw away from shops and restaurants.

Solea Apartment

The apartment, recently renovated, is located in one of the most fascinating points of the area that overlooks the town. The terrace gives an amazing 180° view and during winter it is possible to enjoy the view of the illuminated Nativity scene of Manarola from an exclusive and quiet position. Solea is only few minutes far from boutiques, restaurants and the seaside. The kitchen is habitable and equipped for any necessity. Private parking available by request.

This villa with a secret garden in the famous Monterosso al Mare was built to be enjoyed with families and friends. Hidden in the quiet area of Fegina, "La Rana" villa is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre, but with immediate access to everything this UNESCO World Heritage site has to offer. Nature and Relaxation at Casa Millin CITRA 010005-LT-0001

House surrounded by greenery, in the Municipality of Borzonasca, inside Aveto Park. It is about 20 km from Chiavari and the sea. Ideal for nature, privacy and relaxation lovers. IMPORTANT: during the winter season the house is heated with a pellet boiler located in the laundry room that is managed by us. In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)
