We had a great time. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area 5 minutes walk from the sea and is very close to places of interest such as restaurants, supermarkets, beaches,... The accommodation is clean and tidy as pictured and Riccardo was very helpful offering us names of places to eat, parking, free beaches,... He also offered us his bikes to get around the city. Viareggio is a very welcoming city and we felt right at home.

Laura is a simply exquisite host. From the time of booking, she was lavish with advice, from restaurants, to boat schedules, to areas to visit. Vezzano was a perfect starting point for us: in a few minutes we were at the station, from which we moved comfortably to the Cinque Terre and to nearby Lerici. The apartment is on top of a promontory, in a very quiet area, with an outdoor patio and private pool. This is a large room with a bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchen area and bathroom. In addition, covered parking for the car is provided. In short, you couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back!

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

Sonia's apartment is small but equipped with all the amenities and very comfortable. The bathroom is large and very clean, as is the room, and the garden is also beautiful. Sonia is an impeccable host, very kind and discreet but always available. We recommend this accommodation, very convenient also for getting to all the points of the island.

Elda is a very responsive and adorable host who, despite the language barrier, welcomed us with great kindness. Flawless, clean accommodation with small touches for everyone. The rental is part of Elda's home but it is completely independent and private with its discreet hosts. We recommend this listing.

We had a pleasant stay here! The whole place seems to be new and not everything seems to have finished yet. It misses a little bit of character, but is very promising. Would recommend.

The setting of this apartment is a true selling point. The views are amazing and it is a very peaceful spot. We enjoyed the large patio and cooking and eating outside. The apartment includes everything you would need for an enjoyable stay, and when we realised we were without a French press, the hosts kindly dropped one off for us. We didn't realise the bedrooms were adjoining but this was our mistake and it was not a problem for us. We would stay here again!

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

I had a wonderful stay at the newly completed Garde Manger at La Domanière—a charming and peaceful retreat in a beautiful area. The house is perfectly located: cute villages with bars and restaurants are a short drive away, Roquefort is a quick ride on the vintage Peugeot bicycles provided, and the beautiful coast isn’t far either. Despite being close to the buzzing Côte d’Azur, the house feels like an oasis of tranquility. The room was cozy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the authentic atmosphere added to the charm. Gerald and Chloe were fantastic hosts, offering invaluable local tips that led me to hidden gems I’d have otherwise missed. A truly special place—highly recommended!

Eleonora's place deserves more than 5 stars. The location is fantastic, a beautiful view of nature and very quiet. The place is very lovingly decorated, very, very clean and you have everything you need. The view from the bed is fantastic. Eleonora is an excellent host. She was there for me with tips and lots of recommendations. She showed me a lot during the week and her dinner was excellent. There is plenty to see in the area, lots of nature and beautiful small towns to explore. What I liked best is how my dog was welcomed. Eleonora is an absolute animal lover and we felt well taken care of. Those who want to experience vacation away from tourism and want to get to know the real Italian life are in good hands with Eleonora. The place is worth every penny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really nice and clean house, on a hill, very quiet area... Impeccable hospitality. Wide, bright spaces. We enjoyed the layout on one floor without stairs and appreciated the well-maintained pool. For us this last-minute reservation was a pleasant surprise. To repeat!

We had a great stay at Bruce's in Cannes! The apartment is ideally located, very clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped — nothing was missing. Bruce is an exceptional host: very kind, attentive, and really caring. He sent us a great list of things to do and good restaurants to discover, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A pleasant accommodation to discover the Cinque Terre while relaxing on the terrace, in the garden, and even enjoy the pool. Great for letting kids have fun safely:-) Thank you for the loan of bikes to go to Sarzana even faster than on foot, ideal location for lovers of culture and walking in a beautiful environment, with public transport within walking distance and well informed by our hosts. Anyway… we would have stayedfor a few more days!

I visited Maria Teresa's with my 2 year old son and husband and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maria Teresa is such a warm and welcoming host, lots of local recommendations, home made cake always available and a bottle of prosecco on our arrival! This is a beautiful and remote spot, great for some relaxation. There is a soccer pitch and lots of space for children to run around within the grounds and a small playground down the road. The local trattoria serves up delicious fair and is within walking distance of the house. The swimming pool was closed when we visited as it was too early in the season but is only a short walk from the house.

Our stay at Alessia's place was great. She is very accessible, caring and attentive the house was perfect, equipped with all the compartments and very clean. Alessia speaks good English, so communication was very smooth. She gave us lots of tips about the area and was super helpful to find the train and boat to Cinque Terre and other places. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Paolo's place. The outside space, the garden and tranquility are wonderful. Paolo is the best host you can wish for. He helped us when we had some toubles with our car and even drove to the garage for us. He helped with getting wood when we like to make a little Bonfire at night. Our dog Bella was very welcome and became best friends with Paolo. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. We can really recommend it!

Million dollar views from the wonder terrace, especially at sunset & sunrise. Very safe/secure feeling. Uber eats delivery from restaurants (and grocery stores) but they are pretty far away so don’t expect it to be hot. Otherwise plan on driving or uber rides for restaurants as the walks would be pretty long and steep. Zina’s helper Mahmoud was super helpful getting me in, set up, etc.

Beautiful place in the middle of nature, nice pool, secluded but close enough to shops that you can get groceries. Our first day we didn’t have groceries so sari called up simonetta who owns the closest shop and drove us to her shop which was opened just for us to have food for the night! She drove us to and from the train station for us to get back to the airport; truly the most accommodating host you could ask for. She speaks perfect English and Italian, too. Well built house with thick walls - even though there were other guests during our stay we hardly saw or heard anybody else, other than sari if we needed her help.

My husband and I stayed in Milena’s guest house for a week in early June. It was a fabulous stay in a beautiful, relaxing environment. The guest house had everything we needed plus some, was very cute and extremely comfortable to come back to after a day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the pool and lovely patios. Milena herself is quite a treat as she is friendly and helpful, yet allows complete privacy. She shared information about the area and was lovely to visit with. We were sad to leave and hoe to return one day. Highly recommend this very special home.
