Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'alloggio è in una zona residenziale tranquilla a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare ed è molto vicino a luoghi di interesse come ristoranti, supermercati, spiaggie,... L'alloggio è pulito e ordinato come da foto e Riccardo è stato molto disponibile offrendoci nominativi di luoghi dove mangiare, parcheggi, spiaggie libere,... Ci ha anche offerto le sue biciclette per girare la città. Viareggio è una città molto accogliente e ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Laura è una host semplicemente squisita. Fin dalla prenotazione è stata prodiga di consigli, dai ristoranti, agli orari dei battelli, alle zone da visitare. Vezzano, per noi, è stato un punto di partenza perfetto: in pochi minuti eravamo in stazione, dalla quale ci siamo mossi comodamente verso le Cinque Terre e verso la vicina Lerici. L’appartamento è sulla cima di un promontorio, in una zona tranquillissima, dotato di patio esterno e piscina privata. Si tratta di una grande stanza con letto, divano, zona cucina attrezzatissima e bagno. In più viene fornito parcheggio coperto per l’auto. Insomma, di più non si poteva chiedere. Torneremo sicuramente!

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

L'appartamento di Sonia è piccolo ma dotato di tutte le comodità e molto confortevole. Il bagno è grande e pulitissimo, così come la camera, bello anche il giardino. Sonia è un'ospite impeccabile, gentilissima e discreta ma sempre disponibile. Consigliamo questa sistemazione, comodissima anche per raggiungere tutti i punti dell'isola.

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Nadia. Nadia sest rendu disponible lorsque l'on avait des questions. Pour conclure Nadia est une hôte bienviellante dont le logement est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Encore merci pour d'avoir contribué a ce séjour

Elda est une hôte très réactive et adorable qui malgré la barrière de la langue nous a accueilli avec grande gentillesse. Logement irréprochable, propre avec de petites attentions pour tous. La location fait partie du logement d’Elda mais il est entièrement indépendant et intimiste avec ses hôtes discrètes. Nous conseillons ce logement.

We had a pleasant stay here! The whole place seems to be new and not everything seems to have finished yet. It misses a little bit of character, but is very promising. Would recommend.

The setting of this apartment is a true selling point. The views are amazing and it is a very peaceful spot. We enjoyed the large patio and cooking and eating outside. The apartment includes everything you would need for an enjoyable stay, and when we realised we were without a French press, the hosts kindly dropped one off for us. We didn't realise the bedrooms were adjoining but this was our mistake and it was not a problem for us. We would stay here again!

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

I had a wonderful stay at the newly completed Garde Manger at La Domanière—a charming and peaceful retreat in a beautiful area. The house is perfectly located: cute villages with bars and restaurants are a short drive away, Roquefort is a quick ride on the vintage Peugeot bicycles provided, and the beautiful coast isn’t far either. Despite being close to the buzzing Côte d’Azur, the house feels like an oasis of tranquility. The room was cozy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the authentic atmosphere added to the charm. Gerald and Chloe were fantastic hosts, offering invaluable local tips that led me to hidden gems I’d have otherwise missed. A truly special place—highly recommended!

Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Airbnb. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Traumhafte Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer. Eleonora war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte immer gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bereit. Können nur positives berichten. Leider hat das Wetter im September nicht immer gut mitgespielt aber dafür hatten wir das gemütliche Schlafzimmer :)

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au milieu des vignes, la piscine chauffée à débordement est juste parfaite! L’appartement meublé avec goût et tout le nécessaire, nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Les hôtes sont très réactifs et sympathiques, nous recommandons!

Casa veramente graziosa e pulita, in collina, zona tranquillissima...Accoglienza impeccabile. Spazi ampi e luminosi. Abbiamo gradito la disposizione su un unico piano senza scale e apprezzato la piscina ben tenuta. Per noi questa prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Da ripetere!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bruce à Cannes ! L'appartement est idéalement situé, très propre, joliment décoré et parfaitement équipé — rien ne manquait. Bruce est un hôte exceptionnel : très gentil, à l’écoute, et vraiment attentionné. Il nous a envoyé une super liste de choses à faire et de bons restaurants à découvrir, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Franchement, je recommande à 1000 % ! Merci encore Bruce 🙏

Un logement agréable pour découvrir les cinque terre tout en se reposant sur la terrasse, dans le jardin, et même profiter de la piscine. Idéal pour laisser les enfants s’amuser en toute sécurité :-) Merci pour le prêt des vélos pour aller à Sarzana encore plus vite qu’à pieds, situation idéale pour les fans de culture et de marche dans un bel environnement, avec des transports en communs accessibles à pied et bien renseignés par nos hôtes. Bref… nous serions bien resté.es quelques jours de plus !

I visited Maria Teresa's with my 2 year old son and husband and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maria Teresa is such a warm and welcoming host, lots of local recommendations, home made cake always available and a bottle of prosecco on our arrival! This is a beautiful and remote spot, great for some relaxation. There is a soccer pitch and lots of space for children to run around within the grounds and a small playground down the road. The local trattoria serves up delicious fair and is within walking distance of the house. The swimming pool was closed when we visited as it was too early in the season but is only a short walk from the house.

Ons verblijf bij Alessia was geweldig. Zij is erg toegankelijk, zorgzaam en attent het huis was perfect, van alle vemakken voorzien en erg schoon. Alessia spreekt goed Engels waardoor de communicatie erg soepel verliep. Ze gaf ons veel tips over de omgeving en was super behulpzaam om de trein en boot naar Cinque Terre en andere plaatsen te vinden. Van harte aanbevolen!

We loved our stay at Paolo's place. The outside space, the garden and tranquility are wonderful. Paolo is the best host you can wish for. He helped us when we had some toubles with our car and even drove to the garage for us. He helped with getting wood when we like to make a little Bonfire at night. Our dog Bella was very welcome and became best friends with Paolo. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. We can really recommend it!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Auch ohne das Auto zu benutzen. Ein paar Schritte die Straße hinunter befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle der Linie Nizza – Menton und auch der Bahnhof ist nicht weit. Wir sind aber vor allem viel gewandert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist toll. Wenn man es sehr ruhig gewöhnt ist, empfindet man, schallbedingt, Zug und Straße als recht laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man aber nichts. Und nachts, wenn dann alles ruhig ist, kann man dann sogar sehr schön die Wellen rauschen hören ;-) Als wir ankamen, war es recht kühl draußen, aber in der Wohnung schön kuschelig – dank Fußbodenheizung. Zina konnte uns nicht selbst begrüßen, hat aber schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Uns empfing Mahmood, der sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich war. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature, nice pool, secluded but close enough to shops that you can get groceries. Our first day we didn’t have groceries so sari called up simonetta who owns the closest shop and drove us to her shop which was opened just for us to have food for the night! She drove us to and from the train station for us to get back to the airport; truly the most accommodating host you could ask for. She speaks perfect English and Italian, too. Well built house with thick walls - even though there were other guests during our stay we hardly saw or heard anybody else, other than sari if we needed her help.

My husband and I stayed in Milena’s guest house for a week in early June. It was a fabulous stay in a beautiful, relaxing environment. The guest house had everything we needed plus some, was very cute and extremely comfortable to come back to after a day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the pool and lovely patios. Milena herself is quite a treat as she is friendly and helpful, yet allows complete privacy. She shared information about the area and was lovely to visit with. We were sad to leave and hoe to return one day. Highly recommend this very special home.
