Holiday rentals with a balcony in Lika-Senj County

The appartment fulfilled every of our expectations. It was very clean & comfortable, there is everything you need in it. The highlight definetly is the view from the balkony. You look straight to the ocean and have the best sunsets there. In addition to that there is your own section at the Beach - although it‘s on the rocks, there are only a few more people and it’s quite. What you definetly need is a car & food. Nearby (15-20 minutes by car) there‘s only a little shop where you only get a little selection.

The covered balcony is a relaxing place to enjoy the view and there is a beach not far away! We explored the surrounding coastal and mountainous terrain, the nearest city of Senj is 5 min away. We came in the off season, so it was the peacefully retreat we were looking for.

Great stay! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. Communicating with the host was quick and easy.

Milena's place is just perfect. So clean and had the best views, exactly like the photos. Nice apartment, in a quiet area and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Milena and her partner are so friendly and helpful, I'd definitely stay in their accommodation again. The surroundings are very nice as well, only 8 mins walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and bars with really good food, I recommend the Riva restaurant, fresh fish and amazing wine! The locals are also so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend it, thank you!

the beach with dogs is about 5 minutes away, there are few people, it is quiet, it was perfect for recharging. The town of Rab is 20 minutes away, we loved being here.

The most beautiful thing about the property is especially the private balcony, the access to the sea and the terrace area with loungers and pool. Here you can swim and relax. The location is rather quiet, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center of Senj. The apartment was clean and tidy. The decor of the apartment is sufficient. If you would like to cook a lot, you may want to bring a cutting board. Towels and bedding is provided, only bath towels for pool and sea should be brought.

The place was clean and the keyholder lady was super nice. The beache is very close and the view from the balcony was amazing. The bell ringing from the nearby church can be a little bit too loud in the morning.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in mid August. The view is just stunning and beautiful sunsets to enjoy on the outside patio and pool. The villa is spotless and clean. All the amenities we required to cook at hom including a great BBQ area. The weather was very hot and unfortunately there is only AC in the lounge and one in the landing upstairs. The bedrooms were therefore very hot and sleeping was difficult. We bought two little fans But didn’t help much.

Beautiful place as in the photo.... Clean and tastefully decorated... New furniture was in all areas of the house, only a bedroom hates a beetle old decor...but the mattress and pillows were new...

Beautifully placed in the countryside. Friendly host, super cute apartment. Perfect for a family of five ( kids are 5,7&9). Swimming pool, tennis court, basketball, Billard table, etc. The city of Senj is roughly 20 minutes away. The drive to Plitvicer Lakes/Waterfalls is around 1,5 hours by car. Car is highly recommended. Dajana is a great host. Would definitely come visit again!

We had trouble finding the cottage as our navigation system had sent us somewhere else. But the owners have come looking for us and nevertheless received us with a warm welcome! We felt right at home and really enjoyed this beautiful cottage in this beautiful area. Thank you to the owners for the welcoming and warm welcome. If we go to Croatia again, we will definitely come back to them. Highly recommended if you want to explore Croatia in a not too touristy place where there is a wide range of activities, and where you are still a short distance from Zadar. The sea is beautiful and quiet here, you can go swimming everywhere! Had a perfect holiday!

A very nice house in a quiet location, with a great view over Senj. It is not far to the city but a bit far (but doable) on foot. We were there with our motorcycles, there are ample curves both by the sea and in the mountains. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub where you can watch the sunset. The contact with the landlords was very friendly, there were no problems during our stay. Regards, Konrad
