Single-family home in very quiet construction area with playground as closest neighbor. A short distance to the sea, about 400 meters to walk, where you will find marked coastal path and several great beaches. 25 minutes to Dyreparken, 30 minutes to both Kristiansand and Arendal. In the middle of nowhere! 600 m to the Bible School, and a short way to the shop/ Grimstad city center. Please note that there is a slightly steep staircase up to the living unit, this place is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

Sørlandssenteret and Dyreparken are only a 15 min drive. Bus connections can also be found near the house. We warmly welcome you to our house.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

The house is 230 m2 and has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, modern wet room facilities and a large kitcchen/livingroom where all the guests can stay without it being cramped.

The house is located at the very end of the car road, so there is no traffic in the area. 50 meters to the beach and jetty by boat included in the rent. Long shallow beach that is a good fit for the little ones. Large lawn with trampoline by beach. Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat, you will be in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands available for everyone.
