It is a good place for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), and large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand (25 min). It is 35-40 minutes to the ferry in Kristiansand. The summer resort Lillesand is 15 minutes away, and the same distance to Toplandsheia with cross-country ski tracks during the ski season. The apartment is suitable for both summer and winter vacations.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

Outdoor area on the ground floor with a terrace, which can be used during the day. Both the bathroom and the patio have sun from morning to late afternoon in the summer. Parking is just outside the apartment. It takes 10 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to drive to Grimstad City Center. To UiA it is 30 min to walk, but there are good bus connections just nearby.
