Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

The Summer house is located at Bornes Camping in Hægeland and has everything you need to have an enjoyable relaxing stay. Two bikes are available to use as well as borrowing a canoe, a row boat or fishing pole. Enjoy the sun and the view all day at the two decks. This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Sjønært, usjenert og solrikt sted, på et småbruk på Hesnes. Her er det med mye plass, 6 km unna Grimstad. Vi har en badestrand og brygge 200 meter unna huset. Her bor du midt i et fint turområder, med mye skog og stier rett utenfor døren. Her er også nærhet til golfbane og Hesnes Gartneri, samt Marivold badeplass. Kort vei til dyreparken i Kristiansand. Her våkner du til fuglesang og ingen støy. Vi har inngjerdet hage og god plass. Vi ønsker ikke festing eller ungdomsgjeng.
