Shop, hiking areas, restaurants in the vicinity. 25 minutes by car to the Zoo and 15 minutes by car to Kristiansand City Centre. 2 minutes by car to Moseidmoen sports ground, and 4 minutes to Vennesla City Centre. Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

Outdoor area on the ground floor with a terrace, which can be used during the day. Both the bathroom and the patio have sun from morning to late afternoon in the summer. Parking is just outside the apartment. It takes 10 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to drive to Grimstad City Center. To UiA it is 30 min to walk, but there are good bus connections just nearby.
