Location: 2 km from the village and its shops. 6 km from Rochefort-en-Terre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), the Moulin-Neuf pond, the Brittany Prehistory Park. 10 km from the Brest-Nantes canal, for bike rides, 20 min. from La Gacilly and Malestroit, medieval town, 35 min. from the beaches and 40 min. from Vannes.

Le Grand Ordinaire – Family gîte at the mill

In the heart of a green setting, the Molac Bridge Mill houses the Grand Ordinaire. At the foot of the hiking trail, on the edge of Arz, in the middle of fields and meadows, this newly renovated family cottage has 4 bedrooms (with bathroom and toilet), a reading room, a kitchen and a room where you can meet up. A bathroom (organic shower gel, shampoo, towel dryer) The lounge area with a heated hot tub to relax in. Water heated all year round to 38 in winter and 35/36 in summer. A table for an aperitif by the spa.

Set in Rochefort-en-Terre, this old townhouse is a perfect base to discover & enjoy one of France's most beautiful villages, the region & Golf of Morbihan & further afield. Free parking is available outside the property. The house has been restored to retain as much original as possible whilst offering modern facilities. There are steps & stairs that may be a concern for less able visitors. Please see photographs. We speak your language!

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
