The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

Apartments Nadia are located on the first floor of a family house. Fully furnished apartment offers you all comfort for a pleasant stay. You can enjoy your private large terrace with sun loungers, and table with chairs for your seaview meals. There is an olive grove around the house where your children can play and a barbecue for shared use. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Charming Delanija - a vacation for nature lovers

This is a miniature house built from an old refrigerator built into stone walls. All furniture, carpentry and decorations are handmade. In front of the cottage there is a small lake full of life and a large olive grove. Behind the cottage grows a small pine forest. Guests have at their disposal 2000 m2 of garden. The cottage is located outside the village, about 1km from the sea (2 min. by car). The market is about 1.5 km away. The city of Krk and Malinska 14 km, ferry port Valbiska 6.3 km.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
