Family-friendly holiday rentals in Linardići

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some more beautiful bays are within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately broken - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at another time of the year😊

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

Really a super nice accommodation where you like to hang out despite your thirst for adventure. Dani is super nice and helpful, his wife as well. The beach is a little far down. When you come back, it's time to climb. No fun with children who are exhausted from the night. If necessary, better to go down by car. Otherwise, mega!!!

Perfect stay! The apartment is modern, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The heated pool and jacuzzi are a real plus: relaxing there at the end of the day was priceless. Quiet but convenient area, ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy. Highly recommended, I'd go back tomorrow!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

Carol is the perfect host. Very friendly, helpful. The accommodation is sophisticated, clean, fully equipped and beautifully furnished. Very good location, shops, restaurants, beach, just a few minutes walk.

The place in Brzac is great, as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Dominik was always available for questions. The location is easily accessible, but there is not much going on in Brzac itself. Two taverns are within walking distance, in about 20 minutes (1.3 km). The path to the swimming area is quite arduous - but it's worth it. We had a great vacation and would like to take this opportunity to thank our host again.

We had a wonderful time in Josefina's apartment. It is located in a quiet location, the city of Krk and thus the shopping facilities can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. The view from the balcony is super nice, the apartment is well-equipped and clean, fresh towels are brought by every 3 days. The pool was a highlight in the heat. We would definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit to Krk. Many thanks to Josefina and Silvija, who were always available to us and responded quickly to any concerns. Ines' accommodation is a bit difficult to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private accommodation where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and remains pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

Sanja and Davor were very nice, helpful and hospitable. We were even allowed to check in a few hours in advance, which helped us a lot (since we were traveling with a baby). Thanks again for that. A small supermarket is within walking distance and a beach is about 10 minutes away. The accommodation is on the upper floor and has a nice terrace. (You can also see the sea). Otherwise, everything in the apartment was great, well equipped and clean. There is air conditioning that was sufficient for all rooms. Sanja and Davor were easily accessible and gave us many tips. This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

Great apartment with beautiful views over the city! Only a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Hosts were very quick to respond and were very helpful, even dropping us to the train station.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

Suzy and Mira are wonderful hosts, Suzy gave us tips for excursions, Mira took great care of the apartment, she lives in the neighborhood and was there when we needed her. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a great terrace from which you can see the sea between other houses.

Everything was just perfect from A to Z. Great value for money and the kids love the pool. Ivan was always very helpful and communicative. We would always go back to him. Thanks again 😃🙏

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you might need. The use of the pool is a great added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Sandra was incredibly kind and welcoming—always available and ready to help with great suggestions and local tips. The area around the house is very peaceful and quiet. It might feel a bit far from towns or cities with more nightlife or evening activities, but that could also be due to the time of year we visited (June). In any case, both the host and the accommodation were excellent. Thank you, Sandra! Hopefully we’ll have the chance to come back!

Ratko’s place looked exactly like the pictures; everything was clean, neatly presented, and well-maintained. Bonus points for the beautiful pool! We wish we had stayed longer, but it’s definitely going into our saved Airbnb list. The location was perfect close to everything and just a short drive to nearby cities like Krk. Ratko was very helpful, offering great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Overall, we felt comfortable and had a perfect stay on the island. Thank you!
