Condo holiday rentals in Lincoln Beach

Everything was great! Perfect beach getaway with amazing views and great beach access. Everything was easy, I’d definitely stay again!

This place was beautiful with a great view. Hot tub in front of the ocean was perfect.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Loved being so close to the beach and it was incredibly comfortable. Pros - blackout curtains, comfy bed, beach access, easy key code door cons - I wish the back/beach access door had a key code lock as well

Nice unit. Tastefully decorated, clean and comfy. Exterior (balcony, stairwell, etc.) could use a refresh but it's just an older building. One of the easiest check in/check out experiences. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay with close access to the beach, stores & restaurants. This place was charming, cozy with an amazing view of the ocean making sunrise that much better! With that being said if you have a light sleeper or an infant/toddler this is not the place for you. Both bedrooms have barn doors and let me tell you, you can hear everything and anything going on as well as the shared bathroom. Other than that, very responsive host and well clean and organized condo. Would definitely recommend a weekend getaway here (:

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was beautiful and we were very impressed with how much was available for our use (especially in the kitchen!) Joe was friendly and helpful and check in/check out was very easy! It was so lovely being right on the beach and being able to enjoy coffee on the balcony while listening to the ocean:) we would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Incredible view from the bedroom and living room windows! l loved walking right outside the back door and sitting out looking out at the ocean. Tip-If you go up the hill from the rental, you get to the scenic viewpoint bluffs and can go walk along the public pathway by the rocks overlooking the ocean for about half a mile. It's gorgeous to watch the waves crashing against the rocks at sunset.

We ended up with six guests sharing this space, and nobody felt crowded or cramped. This is our 3rd year in Nye Beach, and definitely the best accommodations yet for spaciousness and convenience to the relaxed area. We cooked-in and dined-out, and the kitchen/dining area was so well appointed for our four night stay. You'll find the best food options just steps or minutes away, and don't miss the Italian place right below. Beds were extremely comfortable, furniture was generous, appliances were top notch, and whether relaxing or working, we felt right at home. Really cool idea with the hoodie "Borrow or Buy"offering. Perfect for June weather on the Oregon Coast. I was really surprised how quiet this town got at night, and I never heard a sound from any other tenants or from the restaurants downstairs. We come down down for the Marathon, so a quiet place to chill before and after, is well received. Glad we found Carole's Loft. Hope to spend more time real soon. Keith's a wonderful host!

Alison was a great! We loved this place. It was clean, quiet, and a perfect get away! Instructions were simple and easy.

Everything you need and then some. Love the split level—especially when traveling with two families. It’s nice to be together, but also have your own space. Also, so thoughtful to have items for the pups. This is walking distance of where our family crabs so it was the perfect location too!

From the look down the walkway. The view the calm of water and beach. We had the best time. From walk on the beach, making sandcastles to watching the sunset from the hot tub. Everything was great. Coffee shop was awesome breakfast, pasteries and excellent coffee. We cozied up on the couch watching the rain come down while watching movies in front of the fireplace. Grandkids loved the beach, games and hot tub. Beds were comfy and had all the comforts of home. We will for sure coming back. Martin, Julie, Alana & Marty

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! His place was squeaky clean and has a great ocean view, can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you Don!

We had high expectations and they were met! The condo was clean, well furnished and had an incredible view. A wonderful walking path surrounds the grounds which we enjoyed. We even had a whale sighting from the balcony. We received immediate responses to the view questions we had. We would definitely visit again and would recommend others to do the same.

Great condo, beautiful view. Larger than what we thought. The beds were so comfortable! The condo could have used more options on TV for the price paid, but it by no means ruined the trip. They have luggage carts to bring your bags up, and most of the time there was parking available in the garage. A tad inconvenient to have to go down to the garage to get to the pool, but if you don't have kids that want to swim, the hot tub on the deck is good enough! Close to shopping, restaurants and a walk to the beach. Very quiet. An earlier check in would have been nice. For a couple the price is a lot, but split between four friends for a weekend trip, worth it!

Very nice, clean and large condo. It’s right in the middle of town ( in a good way), so you can walk to restaurants or drive if you prefer. The mattress and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the sunset views were spectacular! There is private beach stairs for the building, be advised that staying here involves a lot of stairs ( up to the condo or down to the beach), so bring some good shoes and a sweater. We loved the condo and would definitely return.

We had an amazing visit to Newport! This condo was exactly as described, near several restaurants, activities and best of all overlooked the ocean. Thank you!

Thank you Robert for hosting us. Such a clean room, easy check in, and beautiful views. Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Instructions were clear, easy to access, with a private parking spot. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Depoe Bay with breathtaking view of the Pacific from the living room. Very well equipped with everything needed - and much more. We loved the place. Thank you so much for having us.
