Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lincoln Beach

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

We added 2 extra days to our stay!! The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We liked the low fully enclosed balcony and how it was higher off the ground for a ground floor unit. Possibly 2 feet high. Would work nice for those with young children for safety. We kept the windows open to allow airflow with no AC and felt safe due to the patio being enclosed as well. Some of the other ground floor units are walk out patios and I would not have liked that. Jeannine gifted a bottle of wine and left some great suggestions that we appreciated. The condo has everything you need with many extras in the pantry and front closet. I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days to spot a whale, but the included binoculars and telescope in the condo was very helpful when we finally did. Pro tip, watch for all the tour boats to gather in one area, it means something has been spotted. Great tide pooling at Fogarty beach(2 miles up the road)during low tide even without a negative low tide

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We loved the quaint walkable accessibility to local shops and restaurants and loved the morning and evening walks on the beach. The home's kitchen is fully equipped for dining in for any meal, with family space for games, puzzles, or chilling with a good movie....even extra floors for the kids to game upstairs, if that's the thing for the moment. Cozy beds with great linens for a really good night's sleep. Hosts communicate really well. An added bonus is the little Irish Shop (Bridies) below the home. It offers an intimate little flavor of Ireland with beautiful gifts to purchase during an out-of-town excursion. We can't wait to visit again!

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to Newport, check this place out! We were in town from Bend while working on a remodel of a local restaurant, and this place had everything we needed during our stay. The view of Yaquina Bay from the condo is awesome, and the guys even had a hot tub to relax in after work!! All-in-all, I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Lauri and Daniel.

My husband and I have a great time staying here and exploring the coast! We were celebrating a lot of milestones for us and it’s a trip we won’t forget and hope to be back in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay! The property is perfectly located at about a 15-minute walk from the beach. Clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe. The host was friendly and responsive. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway—highly recommend!

This place has a spectacular view! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! The hottub overlooking the ocean was just what my mom needed to unwind! we absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! Less than a one minute walk to the beach. Close to shops, restaurants. House was fully stocked, including kid plates/silverware. Beware there are two sets of stairs (no baby gates) if you are traveling with small kids. There are plenty of kid toys and books, which my kids (1 and 4) loved! We would definitely stay here again!

It was great to stay at Cathi's house! Beautiful views over the ocean - and the sea fog. Very personal space, which I always look for in an Airbnb. Lot's of books, great kitchen, good shower. We used the house as a base to explore the Oregon coast, but It would be great also for a beach vacation with smaller kids. I forgot my suit and Cathi gracefully send it to me in the mail. Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

This house was amazing! We really enjoyed the backyard with our dogs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with family. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking meals together. The location is perfect and walkable to various beach access to the calm and less populated bay. We also walked to the wetlands trail with our stroller. Some parts of the trail are not stroller friendly but we made it work. The beds were clean and comfortable, it does get a little cold at night but the two fireplaces made it cozy. The laundry room was equipped with everything and we utilized that to wash some clothes that got dirty at the beach. We will definitely be back with more family as the house is large enough to accommodate more than we traveled with this time. Sue is very responsive and helpful. For a nearby dinner I highly recommend the rusty truck. House felt toddler friendly with pack n play and baby gates available.

We loved our stay! The location is absolutely amazing. Very private and relaxing, yet within quick driving distance to Newport where you can find lots of stores and things to do! The town of Otter Rock itself is tiny, but does have a Mo’s restaurant which is open for lunch and absolutely delicious! The cabin was cozy yet had plenty of space for us and our 3 young girls. The beds are very comfortable. The beach was beautiful (although it was quite the trek back uphill, it was so worth it!) The picnic/fire pit areas were a great place for our family to hang out and our kids to run around in the evenings to burn off energy. The onsite manager was very kind and she even offered our kids some kites and chalk to draw on the blacktop with. We felt very welcome and right at home! We would absolutely return for another stay!

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the ocean, with the calming sound of waves in the background. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The hosts are exceptionally kind and responsive, always making the experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re considering a stay, I highly recommend it—this place is a truly unique , and I’ll continue returning.

this place is an absolute gem. the decor is art! I'm pretty sure a lot of the details are hand made like the curtains and the rods, and the entire place has had a lot of thought and a lot of love poured into it. we did the best we could to follow all of the cleaning instructions, but we did forget to empty the coffee basket! sorry! we had a fantastic swim in the sun, played monopoly, watched movies and enjoyed family time. thanks to a pair wonderful hosts that had a well put together list of things we would need, we were well prepared and knew what to expect ahead of time so everything went without any hiccups. thanks for a fantastic vacation! we hope to catch an opening again next year and become repeat guests! we love the siletz riverhouse!

The view was amazing! The condo was clean and had what we needed to get by. The kitchen could use some things like sharp knives and newer pans, but not everyone cooks like we do. I think the price is a little high per night, but really everything is these days. However, for the price things could be updated like decor and pillows, the bed could be better. Troy was amazing with communication and ease of checking in and out. Our stay was great.

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.

This is an awesome place on a magnificent beach with great friendly locals. I am Al most 69 and over 309 lbs and the 32 steps to the 3rd floor were no problem at all. This place was a super value and extremely spacious for the tow of us. My wife loved that wack of us had a bathroom. There is at least two weeks worth of stuff to do in Lincoln City and two hours North or South. Blown away by the old growth trees, mountains, huge scenic beaches and some of the easiest to walk sand we have ever experienced. Loved all nine days!

Beautiful views from the window, great beds and plenty of extras! My only concern was alot of slamming doors through out the night. Im not sure how the owner could of controlled that
