Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Playground just 30 meters from the cabin.

Sjøsanden is one of many sandy beaches and swimming beaches that have fine-grained sand, it is approx. 800 meters long. Driving time to Sjøsanden is 8 minutes. Approx. 45 min drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand. The apartment is about 42 min drive from Lindesnes lighthouse, on the way is Spangereid/Båly with the restaurant Under. Lindland farm, a family park with animals and activities is 19 minutes away by car

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Nice small and cozy patio to enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and Alti center. It is also close to restaurants and cultural/outdoor activities. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles, couples, friends and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready, but must be put on yourself.
