Beautiful, new 2-room apartment in a great location!

Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Centrally located, supermarkets & drugstores, hospital, police within walking distance in 5-10 minutes; train station 2.5 km away. Nevertheless, we are in a quiet residential area. The edge of the forest with hiking trails is 150 meters away and our old town is about 1.5 km away (walking distance). Details about the apartment: 3ZKB, double bed (140 × 200) & single bed (90 × 190) plus sofa bed in the living room. One pet allowed, several on request. Non-smoking apartment, smoking possible on the terrace.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Cozy, freshly renovated apartment 70 m². Modern interior in natural, peaceful surroundings. Direct highway connection, which you do not hear unpleasantly. Wächtersbach train station is about 500 m away. Every half hour there is a train going to Frankfurt. The journey time is approx. 45 minutes. All shopping is local and within walking distance. The R3 long-distance cycle path can be reached in 3 minutes.

Niels’s place is like a home away from home in all senses. He welcome us with treat for the kids and enough drinks for all (he went above and beyond). We were able to check in and check out very flexible. The apt has everything and more. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, enjoyable balcony with a quiet sitting area, squeaky clean bathroom and toilet. It’s very easy to get around by foot, with public transportation or with a car. Overall the apt had a high quality standard. The area around is beautiful to have a walk, with playgrounds for kids. I highly recommend Niels’s place and I’m pretty sure I will be coming back. Having experience with Airbnb over the world, this is one of the best places I ever been. Thank you Niel.
