We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

I loved my stay at Hana's place. She was extremely welcoming and warm. Her place felt like home. It was very convenient for the bus station, about an 8 min walk. Not much further into the town centre. It was nice being out of the hustle and bustle. Her place was tidy, light and airy and comfy. For a two night stay this was just right - at a great price. Hana was helpful with personal recommendations for restaurants and cafes. I would love to stay here again.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. Could enjoy the surroundings and balcony.

Excellent stay at Christina's place. She's very welcoming, picked me up, gave me a tour of the studio. The space is very well used, as all necessities are cleverly packed. Very clean, quiet at night with the windows shut despite being in a busy neighborhood with lots of amenities. I recommend staying at Christina's place in Linz.

A place that I would 100% recommend, clean, very cozy furnishings - we immediately felt super comfortable in this beautiful old building. The communication was also unbeatable, things we still needed were brought to us immediately and the hosts were super sweet and friendly. Glad to come back!

The apartment is idyllically located in a top condition and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the Traunstein. It is about 45 minutes on foot to the nearest town and about 20 minutes to the nearest swimming area. If you want to be flexible, a car is recommended or for sporty people bicycles or e-bikes. In the apartment, you can relax well, enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility and relax well. Your hostess is very kind and relaxed and can give you good tips for activities. We stayed for 2 nights with our children in the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well thought out. From high chair, children's dishes, fall-out protection to baking salads, salt pepper oil coffee capsules flour, etc. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We have nothing negative to say. We would come back again and again

We stayed for one night, the place met our expectations, everything as described, the apartment in the attic, but quite spacious (except for the bathtub placed under a large roof slope, which the host informs in the advertisement, the apartment is quite high and comfortable). Clean and tidy, there are even flowers in the apartment 🙂 Great contact with the host, he always responds quickly to messages, and he also shared his parking space with us in the morning. The location is quite pleasant, outside the city center, but you have to climb a little uphill 🙂

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The flat was clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped (as if I was at home, not in a hotel/accommodation). The place itself is wonderfully quiet. You can just hear the crickets, the birds, the sound of the wind. Perfect to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several interesting attractions in the area for those who like to be active. Definitely recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Isabella’s place. The location was great, close to the beautiful park, shops, train station, cathedral and the old town. The apartment itself is like it was described, spacious and sunny. The bed was pretty soft, but this is the way how I like, it so I had the most amazing sleep there! It’s also rather quiet inside despite the location. The apartment is extremely good equipped especially the kitchen, you will find here everything you need. Oh and the views are nice too :) Isabella is a very communicative and responsive host, carrying for her guests. She left some welcoming notes for me at the apartment - that is always appreciated. I recommend!
