House Moosberg - Lake View and Tranquility

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.

A family-friendly villa features a spacious exterior, with a wooden playset and slide positioned on a green lawn. The two-story structure displays a combination of dark brown wood and white walls, providing a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere surrounded by trees and shrubs.
