Dispone, di una grande terrazza arredata, con vista mare e isole limitrofi da un lato, dall'altro lato è possibile vedere l'imponente cratere di Vulcano. Al piano terra è presente un patio con delle colonne e sedute stile eoliano che affacciano su un piccolo giardino arredato, con doccia esterna.
