Villa-Hiilis is a nice little holiday paradise near the center of Joensuu and all its services. Depending on the time of year, a holiday in Villa Hiliis offers wonderful experiences. In winter, you can ski directly from the pier, even in the nearby sausage roast. In the summer, rowing and paddling tours, and a night in the summer hut listening to the wave break. The yard's playhouse offers a cute playground for kids during the day and an atmospheric bar for adults in the evening. Events/parties are scheduled separately.

A private house in a quiet location in Karsiko. The flat has 2 bedrooms with a door handle with a number lock. Shower, toilet and living room. The kitchen has a microwave, water and coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. The location is not far from the city centre, but you can still enjoy the tranquility of nature. Jogging trails at the end of the street, pets welcome. For an additional fee, a barbecue hut, an outdoor sauna (water is carried from the inside) and sup boards (2 pcs) are available for use.

Alapihan Arboretumin vierasmaja ja sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. На первом этаже располагаются гостиная с камином, просторная обеденная зона объединена с кухней. Сауна, душ, туалет. А так же большая спальня с выходом на террасу. На террасе в зоне барбекю есть мангал и садовая мебель. На втором этаже расположены ещё три спальни, туалет. Есть возможность разместить дополнительные спальные места.

Modern two room apartment in the third floor of the apartment house build 1930, full renovated 2005. The house is located very close to the lake Höytiäinen. This location offers a peaceful environment for the fried of nature, but also lot of possibilities for different activities direct with a few steps from the house. The is only 100 meters to the beach. In front of the house are passing the nature and mountain bike –tracks witch turn in the winter as a cross country ski trail.

A two-bedroom house (75 m2) 60 metres from the lake and a sauna cottage 20 metres from the shore of lake Viinijärvi, in Polvijärvi, in very beautiful surroundings, 25 minutes by car from the centre of Joensuu. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher and TV. The bathroom also contains an infrared sauna, but there is also a wood heated sauna by the lake. The price contains bed linen, towels ,coffee, tea, oil etc.

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. However, if needed, linens will be arranged from the home you stay in.

Stylish and peaceful guesthouse next to a log house by the lake, just a 15-minute drive from the city. Private sauna. Bikes, rowing boat, and paddleboard can be borrowed. Close to great biking trails, convenience store 3 km. The perfect place to relax. In the summer, the evening sunsets enchant – in winter, you can see the aurora borealis. The space fits two well, but we can arrange mattresses for two extra people.
