Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.

The property is located in the new Penttilänranta area right next to the Ylisoutajan Bridge. From here, it's easy to walk to the city center or the riverfront. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can cook here. Bed width 140 cm. Parties are prohibited. As a novelty, there is parking in the garage under the house without a time limit!

Tervetuloa Lammenrantaan. Olemme Joensuulainen pariskunta ja vuokraamme talomme alakertaa. Majoittuja saa käyttöönsä tilavan huoneen omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Käytössä on myös oma wc ja pesuhuone sekä pyykinpesukone. Tilassa on jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin. Ruokailuvälineet ja astiat. Lemmikkieläimet ovat tervetulleita, niistä peritään 10€ maksu. Meillä ei ole sähköauton latausmahdollisuutta. Lähin nopea latauspaikka on 600 metrin päässä.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
