Enjoy coffee on the deck a few feet off the ground, unhurried mornings on the property where you are sure to miss nothing. There is our other property nearby, but don't worry about losing privacy, the cottage is oriented so that guests will meet at the most in the shared parking area.

Accommodation in a unique environment with year-round activities, a short trip to the Little Fatra, Great Fatra, Chočské vrchy, Tatras, but also a short trip to Orava Castle or Liptovská Mara. The large yard offers space for smaller children, who will find swings, a garden house with a sandbox and a slide. In the garden, there is space, for example, for badminton, or just a pleasant sitting in the grass. Protected parking directly in the yard and generous accommodation is perfect for one or more days of recreation.

Apartament Rolniczówka No.2 is an independent part of a house built in 2021. It has two bedrooms with a balcony, two bathrooms with a washer and dryer, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The total area of the apartment is 100m2. The proximity of the trails of the Western Tatras, the Chochołowskie Term, the Witów SKI slope, the bike path around the Tatras, the river and the forests make our place an ideal starting point for active people. A 100 cm wide sofa bed makes the studio comfortable for 2 people or 2 people with a child. Open space bathtub, toilet with sink in a separate room.
