The accommodation, tastefully decorated, is very well equipped and the air conditioning is a real plus, nothing is missing. Quiet environment near a beautiful beach and shops, everything can be done on foot. Jéremy is very responsive and accommodating. Fluid and enjoyable communication. Recommended, you can book without hesitation.

Very cozy, modern and consistent in every way with the photos. The location is an asset, with the proximity of the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra, but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very good stay in this large apartment with a view of the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. The two patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inner lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather, which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and the design of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, the tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden decking path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from 1 June, dogs are partly not allowed on the nearby beach (and most beaches there). To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we can highly recommend this gem!

We spent 4 wonderful days there! Patricia is very clear in her explanations and advised us on good places. We'll be happy to go back. I really recommend it!

The accommodation is very clean and safe, with an exceptional location; everything is within walking distance; bakeries, restaurants, beach, shops, grocery stores, cafes, etc. Hossegor is a friendly, relaxing destination, where life is good, our vacation was exceptional!!

We had a short stay but storing as many exceptional images as possible thanks to the magnificent view of the Rhune to Seignosse! The top floor brings the expected calm. The studio offered in Laurence's home, accessible by the garden, is pleasant and offers all the necessary autonomy. The setting is really beautiful and Laurence is very welcoming. We had a lovely time. The spa and swimming pool are also a plus to relax after long days of walks in the beautiful landscapes of the Landes and the Basque Country. My mother and I were delighted and we spread out with fond memories.

Patricia and her husband are very welcoming and give very good advice about the beaches, restaurants to discover in the area. The accommodation is simple and functional, adjoining the owners' accommodation but they are respectful and ensure privacy.

We had a very pleasant night, Fabrice gave us a very good welcome with advice and explanations about the surroundings. The accommodation is quiet even if it is close to the road and the hot tub is a real plus in the accommodation. Great for a relaxing time!
