Nice and spacious 30m2 studio and 5m2 loggia/terrace, double exposure East and South, quiet overlooking to the pine forest, second floor without elevator of a small residence. Beach, shops, market and entertainment 100m from the apartment, hundred of free car parks available closed to the building, where you can park your car, it is the insurance of holidays without a car closed to the best european beack breaks and surf spots ! Face à l'océan, doté d’un spa privatif à la vue incroyable et en rdc d'une jolie maison, charmant duplex pour parenthèse enchantée. A 100m de la vie de la centrale et 10 min à pied du centre ville, il offre tout le confort et la proximité que l’on peut rechercher . A l’extérieur, terrasse + 2 places de stationnement ! Sur la mezzanine couchage lit 160 (isolé mais pas fermé), 1 vraie ch avec 1 lit 160+ 1 petite ch avec lit de 90 + dressing . Vacances idéales pour petits et grands / tv et wifi

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
