Holiday rentals with a patio in Litchfield by the Sea

As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. Really enjoyed the stay at this condominium. Generous supply of beach towels, towels, paper products, dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, seasonings, and bowl of snacks provided. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the beach storage unit where we could place all of our beach gear.

Needed a little time away for fun and relaxation. Place was Great. Very clean and host was responsive to any questions- would recommend! It was a Great getaway! Thanks!

My family had a wonderful time here. It is a perfect place to take kids. Great outdoor pool area and side walks for walking. Resort beach access only took a few minutes to drive to or 15-20 minutes to walk to. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay during our first family beach trip with our 7 month old. The beach was easy to access and the views were beautiful. The pool was clean and never crowded. Their was minimal noise from neighbors which made sleeping with an infant a lot easier. We will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying here ! It was close enough to the beach but also out of the crowd of everyone else . It was so beautiful inside and we couldn’t asked for an easier stay ! It was our anniversary and we got engaged and with the ease of checking in and out , it just made our anniversary so much better . She communicated so well with any questions I had . Definitely would stay here again

I've been going to the Murrells Inlet/Myrtle Beach area since I was a kid, and this was one the nicest places I've stayed (if not THE nicest). Newer construction, quiet street, and close to the inlet/local restaurants - certainly one of the newer and best maintained properties in the area. This unit specifically was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had plenty of space. It certainly beats any hotel in the area, many of which are very dated and not well maintained (and charge a similar nightly rate). My wife and I truly felt comfortable here, so I highly recommend! Alisa was also a fantastic host - very responsive, personable, and easy to work with.

This was the first time we stayed here, but it won’t be the last time. The place was spotless and the furnishings and decorations were beautiful. Whenever we had a question the host response was quick and helpful. The view is gorgeous! Whenever we stay other places, our backs hurt from the bed. The bed here didn’t hurt our backs and the pillows were so comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at Rebecca's house. The instructions for check-in and the directions to the location were so easy. The home was clean, comfortable and convenient to the Marshwalk, Huntingdon Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and so much more. The home was spacious, well stocked, the beds were comfy and we would certainly recommend. We hope we have the opportunity to return. Toni and Clint Horne, Bluffton, SC

This place was absolutely amazing! So beautiful, clean, warm and inviting. The owners truly thought of everything, right down to the tiniest of details. My 3 grown children, spouses , 3 young grandchildren and my husband and I all had the best time swimming in the pool (loved the shallow, lounge area for the babies) playing pickleball and just cooking and lounging inside the house. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be renting again in the future!

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It's a gorgeous piece of property and close to everything. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our trip with our dog, Gretta, feel like home away from home. James even had fresh baked cookies waiting! Excellent home in a great location!

This was our 5th trip to Murrells Inlet and our 2nd time staying in this building. We like that it's not a huge high rise (only 4 stories) and that there is on-site parking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I on our little get-away. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the view was unbeatable and we had some great weather to enjoy the beach. We brought our own beach chairs but there were some provided in a storage closet. Todd and Mandy were very responsive and accommodating during our trip. We had one hiccup when we arrived and they responded very quickly with a phone call and assistance. We definitely enjoyed our stay at "A Wave from It All"!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was spotless — extremely clean with no bad smells. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the fresh white sheets and towels (plus extra beach towels — a thoughtful touch!). All the appliances worked perfectly, which made things so easy. Even though the weather was rainy, we felt totally comfortable and happy spending time inside — it was that cozy and well-kept. The location was fantastic: just a 2-minute drive to a private beach that was clean and uncrowded. The pool, with crystal-clear water, was conveniently located right across the road from the condo. We’d like to give a big thank you to Martin for the outstanding service! It was a pleasure, and we’ll definitely be back!

What a fabulous find! Even better than the pictures! Great location, right on the beach, balcony overlooking the waves, fully loaded with everything you need. Took my 81 year old Mother and it was very easy for her as well. If relaxing and listening to the waves is what you are in need of, look no further. Sandy Toes is the place to be! Loved the condo!! the elevator on our side of building stopped working the day before we went home so we had to walk alot of steps to load up for departure. The people above us were very hard walkers and woke us up really early in the mornings and it was hard to find a place to park if you came back later at night but that's not the owners fault. other than that it was a great place and good loction.

They provided every possible amenity you can think of. If you happen to forget something the house literally has it down to a bottle of IBUPROFEN (which I replaced before checking out) they had multiple coozies there so we left one with our business logo on it! And the bed…host said she purchased 2 months ago-it was so comfortable I’m looking to buy one for myself at home!

We enjoyed a lovely month at this home. It is exactly as described and pictured. Extremely well appointed, clean linens, beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds. The hosts were super responsive to any questions and when we had minor confusion/ trouble with the tv clickers and the dishwasher they answered the phone immediately to help us out! Super nice and helpful, terrific unit and we highly recommend. We will be back!

We had never been to Pawleys Island, so we did not know what to expect. Dwights place was within 10 minutes of so many restaurants and attractions. It was great to have the parking at the resort, made it super easy getting our kids to and from the beach! Highly recommend.
