Monthly Rentals in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles

The building has an amazing group of staff and is full of amenities. There are so many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Xiaoyu was very reachable. The unit is small but felt cozy with an amazing view. The only downside is that it is downtown LA and there are so many homeless people right outside of the building and it smelled. Nonetheless, great host and a ​great unit. I enjoyed my stay!

Stayed here for several weeks and it was a great stay. The spot is right in the thick of downtown in a well kept safe and quiet building. Check in was really simple with the staffed front desk. The host themselves were incredibly speedy in getting back to me and the unit itself was exactly as described in the listing & photos. 10/10, would recommend.

We started off our trip very interesting as there was a curfew in the area but Talia made sure we knew and updated us! The place was as described on the posting. It was loud as there was a construction site nearby and we couldn't close the window because there was a portable but that's not in any of our control. Just a little heads up for anyone who wants to book. The sofa bed was actually not bad! Talia was very accommodating, understanding and very easy to communicate with. Would love to book again when we come back!

I had an amazing experience staying at Beth’s loft in the Arts District. The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates the neighborhood’s distinctive character and incredible food options. The loft embodies the artistic vibe of the area, and many of the neighbors are artists themselves, which adds to its unique charm. It’s a great loft and it was perfect for my stay!
