The cottage of 32 sqm is completely renovated and comfortable for 2 people (double bed), possibly with 1 or 2 (small) children on the sleeping sofa, and is fully equipped. The cottage is located behind the host's house, but offers privacy, nature, a coffee table and outdoor furniture. Quiet, close to E6 between Gothenburg and Oslo. Charming little cottage from the late 1800s. On the first floor, you are greeted by an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. Around the house, there is a large sheltered terrace overlooking the sea and a swimming area with a jetty. A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

It is a five minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is an oak tree that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
