It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage site, where you can intensely enjoy the peace and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. The house where the farmer used to live with his family has been converted into a comfortable apartment with a spacious living room and open kitchen downstairs, overlooking the meadows and the Wanswert church. The apartment is in personal style and fully furnished. Where possible, we have used second-hand furniture. Together with the piano and comfortable wood stove, a pleasant living climate is created. The apartment has a cozy private garden around it, a private front door and lots of privacy.

Paesens Moddergat is one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands, located 10 minutes drive from the Lauwersmeer National Park and 10 minutes from the eleven-city town of Dokkum. Activities: mudflat walking or wandering ( see Oan e'dyk) day trip to Ameland, day trip to Schiermonnikoog, fish eating in the fishing port of Lauwersoog, seal tours. Also very suitable for bird spotters (see nature photography Lauwersmeer) who live birds in and around the Lauwersmeer.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

The Út fan hús apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The city of Sneek is a 15-minute drive, Leeuwarden is a 30-minute drive.
