Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest; opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

The bright, airy and stylishly furnished house with stunning views of Locarno and Lake Maggiore offers a lot of privacy. If you like to cook, you will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen. Particularly popular are the cultural events, such as the Jazz Festival Ascona in June, the Moon&Stars in July and the Film Festival Locarno in August.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept property of the Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cozy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. In the winter months, it can get cool in the house because it is not insulated for the winter. (Sweaters & finches are a must).

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.
