Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

The fireplace also provides comfort on cooler evenings. In addition to relaxation and leisure in the house, the location invites you to hikes and walks. Particularly popular are the cultural events, such as the Jazz Festival Ascona in June, the Moon&Stars in July and the Film Festival Locarno in August.

Einfaches Steinhaus mit fliessend Warmwasser, vollständig ausgerüsteter Küche, aber kein Geschirrspüler und keine Waschmaschine. Heizung bei Bedarf mit Gas, Elektroofen oder Holz. WLAN vorhanden, kein TV.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Cozy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. In the winter months, it can get cool in the house because it is not insulated for the winter. (Sweaters & finches are a must).

Historisches Steinhaus Cafe Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.
