Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

HIKE 🥾 Direkt vor der Haustür loswandern. Hier am Niedernberg führen viele Wanderrouten entlang. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Direkt vor der Haustür losradeln. Ganz nahe am Enzradweg und dem Neckartalradweg gelegen. Dein E- Bike kannst du bequem in der Garage aufladen, auch eine kleine Werkstatt mit Fahrradreparaturständer ist vorhanden. WEIN🍇 Direkt am Fuße des Weinberges gelegen können zu Fuß die verschiedensten Events erreicht werden .

Das Apartment verfügt über eine Schlafempore und einen kleinen Balkon (2m x 2m). Ein Schlafsofa steht zur Verfügung, sollten Sie nicht in luftiger Höhe schlafen wollen. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
