The annexe which is self contained is fully fitted out for four guests.It has a modern interior and is a new building (3yrs old). We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

I absolutely agree with previous reviews about how beautifully decorated, cosy and wonderful this place is. Besides all the above, it has a special vibe - some kind of warm and sunny energy you rarely see or feel in Airbnbs nowadays. These three days I stayed at Sanctuary by The Sea felt like Ive always belonged there and it was hard to leave. It gave me so much needed feeling of peace and tranquility I know the Coastal Path in Fife very well, I ve lived in that area and still there were so many discoveries for me personally. I've seen deer, seals, some interesting birds, an otter crossing the path - all in one day ! The amount of creativity, love and taste that Lynn put in the apartment is incredible! I will certainly be back ❤️

Gabby was extremely kind and responsive from the first interaction. She allowed me to check in early and also let me check out a little later which I was really grateful for. The place is beautifully done. It’s small but as I am only one person it was all I needed. It’s clean which is super important for me and it’s in a good location - I could drive to where I needed to without any hassle. Thank you Gabby much appreciated

Exactly as described and felt instantly at home. Bed softer than we are used to but very comfortable with good linen and plenty of pillows. Kitchen very well appointed with everything you’d need (no dishwasher but not really needed!) Shower / bathroom Spacious and plenty of hot water. Absolutely brilliant for what we wanted and needed on this trip and will book again if available. That says everything really.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place exceeded our expectations. So beautiful, modern, clean and well equipped for a weekend away. The views are incredible (whatever the weather) We made full use of the kitchen over our 3 night stay as the place was just too nice to leave. The decking out front was a gorgeous place for a glass of wine and a beer in the sun. The interior design was lovely and the craftsmanship in the woodwork was amazing. Bose system was great 😊 and waking up to that view each day was incredible. We climbed Ben Nevis (1hr 40min) which we would definitely recommend for anyone who likes a challenge and breathtaking scenery. Our hosts were personable, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. We will definitely return!
