Holiday rentals with a patio in Locri

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

We had a lovely stay in this lovely apartment surrounded by olive trees. The place is spacious and cozy, with two comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a perfect living room to relax. We really enjoyed the veranda, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility in the middle of nature. The welcome was impeccable: the owners and their families were always available (they even allowed us to check in early) and upon our arrival they made us find a delicious homemade donut, perfect for breakfast. The setting, immersed in the olive trees, is really relaxing and has made our vacation special. Looking forward to coming back and having this wonderful experience again!

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Baia del Sole is a haven of peace in the mountains of Zambrone. Apartment 4 offers enough space for 4 people, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large terrace from which you can watch the sun set wonderfully in the sea. The place has a good starting point to many great beaches and excursion destinations such as Pizzo or Tropea (there were also great tips from the host for this). However, you have to be aware that you absolutely depend on a car, as neither the sea, restaurants or supermarkets are within walking distance. The entire complex is very lovingly and personally furnished. We had a wonderful 5 days and definitely recommend the place!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very large, has a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace. It is quietly located in a side street of Caria. The bustle of Tropea can be quickly reached by car, as well as countless beautiful beaches. Parking directly on the property is of course pleasant. For those looking for peace and relaxation, I can highly recommend this accommodation. .

We really enjoyed our time at Heaven. Great pool, beautiful garden with lots of different hanging out areas. The owners were supper nice and helpful.

Gianluca was an excellent host!! He’s incredibly friendly, communicative and cared about our wellbeing during our stay. He’s very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. Unfortunately we couldn’t meet him during check in because we took a lot longer than planned to get to the accomodation, due to long distance driving. His apartment is within walking distance to the village but still very private and far from the noise. We felt right at home from day 1. We had breakfast outside every morning and it was so cozy and nice. Private and spacious parking was a plus. We loved every minute of it. Tropea is absolutely beautiful and I would love to come back. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is located in a very nice and well-maintained intimate mansion, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and consists of a living room with a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The pool is wonderful and the view of Stromboli is remarkable. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. The location is also ideal: the small village of Parghelia is friendly and very close to Tropea and the beautiful beaches. The residence is managed by Franco, very kind and always available. The host was very accommodating and responded to messages right away. In October, the weather was still excellent for sunbathing and diving. It was a great stay. We'd love to come back!

A beautiful house with great pool and a very nice view of the mountain and sea. The kitchen is super equipped. Using the coordinates and Googlemaps provided by Monica, we easily found the house. We arrived at night and the ride by car to the residential complex where the house is located was a bit adventurous as it rained the days before and also on our arrival and the surroundings were very dark. But everything worked out Communication with Monica was flawless and she was very helpful. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car within about 15 minutes. We enjoyed it, despite some bad luck with the weather. But after 3 days of rain, the weather became nicer and we were able to explore Calabria. We would come back.

Great location near Piazza Rocco. You do need to walk down to the beach and Chianalea as the lift is out of operation. Follow Lorenzo's pictures starting in front of the Church in Piazza Rocco rather than rely on Maps. Lorenzo organised a taxi for us. Highly recommended

Ample space, strategic location, minimalist yet tasteful finishes and furnishings, and impeccable cleanliness. As well as the relationship with the host. We spent a fantastic week of tranquility, beautiful landscapes and excellent food. We'll be back and highly recommend it. Thanks to Luigi and family

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The house is beautiful and is just as seen in the photos. TOP cleanliness. It also has an internal parking lot where you can leave the car. The place is in a strategic area, because it is in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea (you don't even need a car to get there) but also within walking distance of the center of Roccella. The guys who followed us to meet our needs were great and I'll respond right away. Easy to check in and easy to check out.

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

Had a lovely stay in Scilla. Anna was very helpful and accommodating for our stay. We loved all the space and rooms this property offers.

Great apartment - spacious, bright and very clean. Well equipped kitchen, and coffee water, snacks and a bottle of prosecco were provided. Marco is very friendly and responsive. He provided an excellent list of local restaurants and a great boat cruise company for a day on the water. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed the idyllic location and tranquility. Tonino and Caterina were very accommodating. It was surprising that a security deposit was required and the air conditioning was charged extra.

Tania’s property was in a wonderful location, with less than a five minute walk to the beach. There is a local market to buy some food and toiletries, and a shuttle that can take you to other towns to do larger shops- Tania recommended us this and called in advance so they’d pick us up. The air conditioning and fans in the property make it so comfortable to live in. Tania was a great host, she let us check in early, picked us up from the station and was overall extremely welcoming. She was so helpful throughout our stay- from giving us recommendation to quick responses whenever we had a question.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...
