Studio 35 m2 ground floor – garden access – Peaceful and relaxing! Modern, bright, close to the beach and the port (20 min walk or 7 min bike ride). - King-size bed 180 cm (or possibility of 2 single beds 90 cm) for optimal comfort. -Bathroom with toilet + shower - Fully equipped kitchen: induction stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, everything is provided for a pleasant stay. Perfect place for peace and quiet. We live in the adjoining house. PLEASE NOTE: NO TV – NO SOFA

Ideally located 150 m from the beach, this "penty" is very close to shops. This renovated fisherman's house is located very close to the quiet harbor of Loctudy. In front of the Penty we have a fenced terrace with garden furniture. Inside, on the ground floor, a main room, sofa bed, kitchen, living room. The floor is furnished with a 160 bed and a 90 bed. The bathroom is also upstairs (sink, shower and toilet). Immediate access to all shops on foot.

The house is completely renovated with quality materials and carefully decorated. Facing south, it is bathed in light. Its enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. Many beaches and trails to discover nearby. Pure happiness to feel fully on vacation!

300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

400 m from the beach, our house welcomes you in a warm and family atmosphere. Come and experience the rhythm of the tides in our carefully decorated new home. Here, you can discover the Bigouden region (its beaches, ports, water sports) as a couple or family. You will be a 5-minute walk to the beaches of Pich Poud and Lodonnec, a few minutes by bike to the ports of Loctudy and Lesconil but also 30 minutes from Quimper (airport, train station)

Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!

My place is good for couples and solo travelers.

We were there for a week and we liked it incredibly. It looked just like the pictures and it was very clean. Michèle welcomed us and there was even a small gift. The bakery and the weekly market were within easy walking distance. The location of the accommodation is a dream and we felt very comfortable. From the house, you could enjoy the sea, wind, the waves and the beach directly. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely spacious cottage for 2 people, near small beach but are able to walk along over rocks to increasingly larger sandier beaches, great for our dog. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, and we sincerely thank Élodie and Adeline for their hospitality, responsiveness, smile and touching attentions. This apartment, beyond its characterful decoration and the high quality of its furniture and facilities, has a soul, a history, and my husband and I feel lucky to have spent two nights there, with our feet (almost) in the water. Finally, Ile Tudy itself and its inhabitants are very welcoming (special mention to Gwen's grocery store 50m away, and to the islanders we met there when buying bread or at a small outdoor concert), and make you want to stay longer... or to return very soon!
