Ideally located 150 m from the beach, this "penty" is very close to shops. This renovated fisherman's house is located very close to the quiet harbor of Loctudy. In front of the Penty we have a fenced terrace with garden furniture. Inside, on the ground floor, a main room, sofa bed, kitchen, living room. The floor is furnished with a 160 bed and a 90 bed. The bathroom is also upstairs (sink, shower and toilet). Immediate access to all shops on foot.

We offer you a 40 m2 apartment by the sea that we wanted to be welcoming and warm, with every comfort. We hope that, like us, you will enjoy meals overlooking the estuary of the Pont l'Abbé River and the legendary sunsets. You can also enjoy the quay with its terraces and restaurants. For shellfish lovers, shore fishing is possible with the proper permits, and there is an oyster farmer nearby. There is a small market every Monday during the season.
