A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. Ideally located 150 m from the beach, this "penty" is very close to shops. This renovated fisherman's house is located very close to the quiet harbor of Loctudy. In front of the Penty we have a fenced terrace with garden furniture. Inside, on the ground floor, a main room, sofa bed, kitchen, living room. The floor is furnished with a 160 bed and a 90 bed. The bathroom is also upstairs (sink, shower and toilet). Immediate access to all shops on foot.

Comfortable wooden house, 300 m from the beach

If you want to recharge your batteries and breathe in the sea air of Brittany, you will enjoy our 120 m² house that we have just finished. You will find all the comforts in summer and winter (pellet stove), a lot of calm and you can hear the sea which is very close: 300 m. With family or friends, you will find a day area well isolated from the night area. The garden is enclosed. It's a great spot for cycling or walking between Loctudy and Lesconil.

300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.

This house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area 500 m from the nearest beach. The 500 m2 garden is surrounded by a hedge. The house (50 m2) consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom + toilet and a kitchen-living room. A large terrace overlooks the garden. The village center is a 5-minute drive away. Here you can find the main shops as well as a supermarket. Many nearby walks. Private parking. Dogs are not allowed.

Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!
