My "7SEAS Apartment" is a superbly styled 30 sqm studio in a very central but quiet location in Bad Oeynhausen. At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. The Herzzentrum is 3 km away

We rent out our beautiful apartment with a beautiful fairy garden! The apartment is quietly located, with an adjacent horse meadow (the horses do not belong to us, but can be touched as long as you have a delicious apple ready). There are paths for a bike tour (bicycles not available) or you can make yourself comfortable by a campfire in the garden (please be careful!), a warming fireplace is also available. PS: In the evening you can admire one or two lights in the garden...

Towels & bed linens are also available. From this centrally located home, you can quickly get to all the important places. The well-known heart center is easily accessible. You can also reach the city center quickly on foot. Shopping, for example a mall, is nearby. The apartment is large and spacious. A balcony is available. In the living room, there is a guest bed. On request, a 4th person can stay overnight. There is a 2nd bathroom. This can be rented at an extra charge.

The apartment is in the countryside, right on the landscaped garden and the Aqua Magica grounds.
