It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Directly below the Romberg Nature Reserve is our cozy and quiet apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, additional sofa bed and terrace in the beautiful Sendelbach district, surrounded by forests. We are surrounded by hiking and biking trails and are very familiar with the region. The apartment is surrounded by a spacious, green natural garden. In our garage, it is possible to charge e-bikes and safely store the bicycles.
