Beautiful country accommodation near Vendôme, Amboise and Blois. The highlight of the accommodation is the large spaces, perfect for accommodating a large family. The kitchen is one of the largest and best equipped I've had on Airbnb. The outdoor space is very beautiful, with barbecue, pond and outdoor furniture. The bedding could be improved (a little soft for our taste). The stairs to access the 2nd floor also because the steps are very narrow and therefore not suitable for young children.

I can’t say enough about how lovely this loft is! Really beautiful in person beyond what the photos are able to show and is much bigger too. The hosts were so kind to let us check in much earlier after we arrived from a long drive which was so helpful. Really lovely welcome, spotlessly clean and was the perfect place to relax mid road trip for the night.

The little house has lovely furnished rooms and most of what equipment you would need, all bar a chopping board to cut up the local fresh bread from the bakery and sadly only one champagne glass! A simply lovely quaint French village which had its own bakery on the doorstep, small shop with a bar and local restaurant which was very accommodating with a good menu with interesting dishes. Close enough to larger towns and supermarkets for provisions. A very peaceful space with just the birds and the local church bells to add to the over all experience of a truly French Airbnb.

Lovely spot not far from the fairytale Chateau Chambord ! It’s peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts were wonderful. They made us very welcome whilst also giving us our privacy. Would highly recommend staying here ! Thank you

This is a very nice and beautiful private annex/cottage. It looks new, is modern, stylish, spotless and quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. There is not much to do in the area though. A car can be parked right in front of the cottage. The toilet is on the ground floor and a shower is upstairs where the double bed is. A perfect place for a night over or for a few nights while visiting Orléans.

Sarah welcomed us very kindly and explained the operation of the chalet and the possibilities of walks around. We found her very friendly.

A wonderful family weekend in this fabulous place! There's nothing missing! The cottage is superb, the environment is perfect. We were lucky enough to have great sunshine, which allowed us to fully enjoy the pool and garden. Close to places of interest. I cannot recommend this home more. Arnaud was the most welcoming host, inviting us to dine with his family and learn about the history of the house. He was thoughtful and kind. I wish we’d had more time to talk! I know that we’ll be back. The weather was typical Loire spring (on and off rain, hot afternoons followed by cool evenings) and I’d love to come again and spend even longer here. I didn’t get enough of the gardens and walking along the property. It’s also so easy to get to anywhere you need to go for riding bikes or visiting cathedrals or chateaux. I can’t recommend it enough!

Booked for a family weekend away, Accommodation meets our expectations. Very well equipped and ideal for a stay of 20 people. Everyone is there for both children and adults: swimming pool, billiards, ping pong, petanque court etc... moreover our host was very responsive following the breakdown of the dishwasher, he was immediately replaced. A place to recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

We only spent one night at Sandrine's but we will certainly come back, it's a beautiful place, Sandrine is very attentive to her guests. Everything was perfect and the cottages are really very well equipped. Must see

We had a lovely stay at Frédéric's. The space was spacious and very clean. The beds had been prepared in advance. Check in time was flexible. Frédéric was also accommodating and communicative. We recommend their place.

We stayed here for a week with a group of 12 and found the home to be perfectly sized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if wanted and still enough spaces for us all to come together. The grounds and area in general are stunning and very peaceful. You absolutely need a car to get around to anything. The nearest towns are small and charming and Tours is only about 40min away. It's important to note the second floor has 2 showers, so the bedrooms with the single beds (pink and green) must share with the turquoise room, or walk through the blue room to use theirs. The water is hot but the top floor has low pressure if anyone else is showering. The house and furnishings show their age but it's very comfortable and charming. All of Pierre's recommendations were lovely - we did the carriage ride and hired a private chef (Morgan) both with great success. I would definitely recommend the stay again it was such a relaxing week and a great hub to all the Loire chateaux.

We were immersed in the Harry Potter atmosphere. Exchanges with Adeline are easy and fluid. The place is cozy, well decorated, there are plenty of ingredients for cooking (a first for all of us), the outside is sufficiently well furnished. The location of the house is quiet despite the fact that it is by the road.

The cottage is pleasantly decorated , and soothing. Coming for a short stay join family nearby , we only "tested" the bedding (excellent) and the bathroom (superb and functional). If the Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, as far as we are concerned we only use the coffee maker and the refrigerator (the change of which is announced because it has run its time). Come back? no problem if the opportunity arises

We had a great time at Lucas's place. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. The surroundings are very peaceful, calm and quite. The family lives close by, so the place is not as secluded as the pictures suggest, but this didn't bother us at all, because they were very nice and respectful. The friendly cats are an added bonus! :)

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The beds were comfortable the house was superb. It had a beautiful energy about the place and was relaxing. The chickens kept us entertained outside. And we enjoyed walks around exploring the gardens. ALS the blackberries were in season and simply delicious 👌 we enjoyed our final night sitting in front of the fireplace sipping a glass of red wine.. highly recommend
