Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Restaurants and shops 20m walk away. The perfect location, with the private parking space is right in front of the property. Attention! The Bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the toilet at night, please don't book.
